What is KIYA Longevity?

KIYA Longevity is an online Telehealth Health consulting platform. We change the way people get help with facing life's health challenges by providing convenient, discreet and affordable solutions. KIYA Longevity makes professional consulting available anytime, anywhere, through a computer, tablet or smartphone. 

Is KIYA Longevity right for me?

KIYA Longevity may be right for you if you're looking to improve the quality of your life. Whenever there is anything that interferes with your health or prevents you from achieving your goals, we may be able to help. We also have Health Consultants who are specialized in specific health conditions, such as Cancer, Viruses, Weight Loss, Memory, Blood Pressure, Blood Sugar, and more.

KIYA Longevity is not the right solution for you if any of the following:

  • You are a minor or you are under the care of a legal guardian
  • You are in an urgent medical crisis or a health emergency situation
  • You do not have a device that can connect to the Internet or you do not have a reliable Internet connection

Who will be helping me?

After you sign up, we will match you to an available counselor who fits your objectives, and the type of health issue you are dealing with. Different consultants have different approaches and areas of focus, so it's important to find the right person who can achieve the best results for you. We have found that we are able to provide a successful match most of the time; however, if you start the process and you feel your health consultant isn't a good fit for you, you may elect to be matched to a different consultant.

Who are the Health Consultants?

Health Consultants on KIYA Longevity are trained, experienced, Naturopathic and Functional Medicine Doctors. All of them have a Degree or a Doctorate Degree in their field. They have been qualified and certified by their state after successfully completing the necessary education, exams, training, and practice. While their experience, expertise, and background vary, they all possess at least 2 years and 1,000 hours of hands-on experience. 

How are Health Consultants verified?

Our team ensures that every provider we bring to the platform is fully licensed and in good standing. Providers who apply are required to provide proper licensure documentation, proof of identity, and references from other licensed practitioners who have worked with them. We then cross-check their licensure information with their respective state. In addition to checking credentials, each potential provider needs to be evaluated in a video interview. The result of this rigorous 4-5 week process is that only about 15% of the Health Consultants who apply to work through KIYA Longevity are accepted to the platform.

Can KIYA Longevity Telehealth Programs substitute for traditional face-to-face appointments?

The professionals who work through KIYA Longevity are licensed and certified by their state's board a Naturopathic or Functional Medicine Doctor. However, while the service may have similar benefits, it's not capable of substituting for traditional face-to-face appointments in every case. Please note that your provider won't be able to make any official medical diagnosis, or prescribe medication. 

How will I communicate with my Health Consultant?

You can get health consultants in four ways:

  • Exchanging messages with your health consultant
  • Chatting live with your health consultant
  • Speaking over the phone with your health consultant
  • Video conferencing with your health consultant

You can use different ways at different times as you wish, based on your needs, availability, and convenience. 

How does messaging work?

Once you are matched to a health consultant, you and your health consultant will get a dedicated "room", which will be your private and secure place to communicate. In this room, you will write about yourself, the things going on in your life, ask questions, and discuss the health issues that you are having. Your health consultant will then read your messages, and respond with questions, feedback, insights, and guidance.

You can exchange messages with your health consultant at any time, from anywhere, using any Internet-connected device. The room is open 24/7 and since messaging is not in real-time it doesn't require scheduling. Instead, you can choose whenever you want to write or respond to your counselor. You will get a notification by email when the counselor has sent you a message. 

How do live chat sessions work?

You will sometimes want to have a text conversation with your health consultant in real-time. This way you can still enjoy the convenience and privacy of messaging but also enjoy a "live" interaction that allows instant response and feedback from your counselor. To have a live chat session, you will first need to schedule a time with your counselor. At the scheduled time, log in to your account to start typing and chatting with your health consultant. 

How do live phone sessions work?

Phone sessions are a great way to conveniently speak with your health consultant by simply using your landline or cell phone, no matter where you are. To talk with your health consultant over the phone, you will need to schedule a time with your health consultant and log in to your room at that time. The health consultant will prompt you to start the phone session and the system will ask you for your phone number. The system will then call you at that number and connect you with your counselor to start the phone session. Please note that the phone number you enter will not be shared with the health consultant.

How do live Telehealth sessions work?

You can also have a video session with your counselor where you see each other and talk with each other in a Telehealth Zoom setting (similar to Skype).
To talk with your health consultant via video, you will need to schedule a time with your health consultant and log in to your consulting room at that time. Your health consultant will then prompt you to start the video session. After you confirm, you will immediately begin video chatting with your health consultant. 

How long can I use KIYA Longevity Telehealth Programs?

This depends on your health needs and varies a lot from one person to another. Some people feel they get most of the value after just a few weeks, while others prefer to stick to the program for an extended period of time. This is completely up to you. 

How will I pay for my Telehealth Program?

Your payments will be charged to a credit card or PayPal. If you accomplish your health goals or if you find your online Telehealth Health Program with KIYA Longevity to no longer be helpful for any reason, you can simply cancel the program. 

What is the role of kiyalongevity.com?

The service is provided by independent Naturopathic and Functional Medicine Doctors who work directly with you. These health providers are not employees of KIYA Longevity and the site doesn't oversee them professionally. Our mission is to build, maintain, and support a platform that lets users and health consultants communicate effectively, and to facilitate this channel so they can get the most out of their interaction.

Since there is no way to guarantee results and every person's health situation may be different, we've created our programs to help as many people as possible.

How is my privacy protected?

  • We don't cooperate or work with any insurance companies or employers, so nothing needs to be shared, reported or filed with them.

  • Our servers are hosted in a HIPAA Compliant Cloud Platform, ensuring best-in-class security and protection.
  • Our browsing encryption system (SSL) follows modern best practices, providing world-class online security and encryption.

How do I track a supplement purchase?

How long will it take to get my package?

Most packages arrive in 3-7 business days with standard shipping. We offer free shipping on subscription orders with the option to upgrade to overnight shipping for an additional fee.
