How to Access the Akashic Records
By Brian James Rose
Humans spend an inexplicable amount of time wondering the why of everything. We’re always wondering why we’re here, if life has a purpose, or if there’s an end to our suffering. If the patterns we see in our lives are nothing more than our imagination? What if all of it has something to do with our past life?
Let’s take a look at what Akashic records are and how to access them.
What Are Akashic Records?
In the simplest terms, the Akashic Records are an intangible set of books containing details of our life. From the first life, you lived to the current one, everything is recorded. It means that every thought, every emotion, action, and promise you made are recorded in Akashic Records. If you want to know the purpose of your life, this is where you want to connect.
The word Akashic itself is derived from the Sanskrit word Akasha, which means the primary matter from which everything is conjured. Akasha surrounds us at all times.
The Akashic Records is often referred to as the Hall of Records believed these books are found in a multi-dimensional library- something in between the worlds- made out of light. Every incarnated soul has its information recorded and encoded with light.
The supreme wisdom provided by the Akashic Records is said to be something that only saints, psychics, and souls who have reached an unprecedented level of self-discovery are capable of achieving. Only the people who would be truly able to realize how sacred the records are were allowed to get close to access it. As humanity stepped into the age of Aquarius, things changed. Instead of depending on the sages to guide us, humans began to take responsibility for their spiritual growth and awakening.
Since time immemorial, Akashic Records have always been there. While Sanskrit certainly influences the most universally acknowledged name, many cultures and believers have a different name for the records and slightly different interpretations. The Bible calls it the Book Of Life, while the Torah refers to it as the Book Of Remembrance. In Garuda Purana, one divine individual, Chitragupta, specifically has taken the task of keeping track and recording the life of every living being in this universe, from the day they are born to the day they die to when they are born again.
In the Mystical traditions, these documents are termed the Akashic Records, a world of books that has the entirety of the universe recorded in it. In America, one of the most followed and documented 20th Century Clairvoyant, Edgar Cayce was famous for his accomplishment of actually getting access to the Akashic Records and reading it. Cayce, born in 1877 and died in 1945, was a mystic of American origin who was also called the sleeping prophet. It is said that Cayce made use of the trance channeling method through which he could read the records and then shared the wisdom he gained with the world to propel the evolution of human spiritualism.
Other than Edgar Cayce, Helena Blavatsky – a theosophist- mentioned something called the indestructible tablets of the astral light. It had the past of humanity and the future that would follow and every thought and action that ever existed.
In more scientific terms, Ervin Laszlo, a quantum physicist, describes the Akashic Records as an imprint of electromagnetic waves left behind by the universe of all its happenings. The Akashic Records are like a virtual database of files where the experiences of a soul, thoughts, actions, and emotions. Their words get recorded from the very beginning, which helps those who can access it to recognize patterns to change the present, make a better future, and learn from past mistakes.
Again, the records aren’t written in stone; they keep evolving along with the person whose records belong to the Akashic Records’ nature is related to Karma.
Who hasn’t heard of Karma? Indeed anyone that’s remotely interested in spiritualism is familiar with it. The concept that our actions or deed has some lasting butterfly effect on the world can cause, and the effect is very much a real thing. A concept that’s referred to in Sikhism, Hinduism, Jainism, Taoism, and Buddhism, it’s the eastern version of what goes around comes around for the west. The Karma we rake up is what’s said to be the main preceding event that shapes the future and our future lives.
Now, How Can We Access the Akashic Records?
If there’s one thing that both spiritualists and scientists agree on, there’s part of the human consciousness that we can’t ever consciously access. Akashic Records is located in this realm, even higher than the astral plane.
When someone tries to search for their past lives, they have to reach the seventh vibration. The upper layers above it also contain the records of the past lifetime. There isn’t one specific way that you can access the Akashic Records. There are several. Like Edgar Cayce, a person can fine-tune their trance channeling. Through paying, specific breathing techniques, and even meditation, one can access it through paying, though it won’t be a regular meditation.
One has to learn how to relax their entire body, mind, and soul truly and then meditate while thinking of precisely what they want to know through the Akashic Records. One has to remember; the records are a wealth of information. The person has to be truly open and relaxed before accessing the records. They have to be receptive to knowledge. The person needs to take their time, let everything around them settle, and disappear as they meditate. It doesn’t matter what kind of meditative practice you’re using. You have to learn to go to true depth through meditation.
Then, they have to pray to something that can’t be seen and ask to be shown the records regarding exactly what the person wants to know. The information will slowly invade your awareness if you continue to stay relaxed and receptive. The way the information enters a person is different for everyone. Some get a visual or auditory response, while others have a guide or angel come to them.
When one manages to reach the trance state where they can access the Akashic Records, their entire being has a heightened sense of awareness. Their intuitions are more tuned in with the world than ever.
What Is Schumann Resonance?
In 1952, W.O. Schumann, a professor, and German physicist came up with the hypothesis that between the earth and the Ionosphere, the space between them is certain electromagnetic waves that are measurable. NASA explains the Ionosphere is a huge layer made out of molecules, electrons, and atoms that have been ionized. That the layer is at least 30 miles above the earth’s surface almost touches where space is, usually stretching about 600 miles. It’s in between earth and the Ionosphere that these electromagnetic waves are.
It was two years later, in 1954, that the hypothesis was fully confirmed by Schumann and H.L. König. A resonance was detected that was fine-tuned to the frequency of 7.83 Hz, which is how the Schumann resonance came to be, by counting the electromagnetic resonance generated worldwide and how these waves got excited when the Ionosphere brought about lightning. This phenomenon might result from the atmospheric lighting, but this frequency also gets credit for acting as a tuning for life on earth. The frequency is said to be responsible for affecting the mammalian brain in certain ways.
The natural 7.83 Hz frequency has been instrumental in protecting life on earth. For some, it’s simply another term for the earth’s heartbeat. In ancient times, India’s Rishis would call this OHM or even the true form of sound. It’s interesting to note that the 7.83 Hz frequency is used to enter Akashic Records. The brain wave has alpha in the lower range and a high level of theta in this state. The frequency has been connected with meditation, suggestibility, hypnotism, and an increasing level of blood flow in the cerebral when confronted with this frequency.
Is it any wonder that there is a massive belief that at 7.83 Hz frequency is where the Akashic records are located? These are the electromagnetic waves Ervin Laszlo was referring to when he stated that the Akashic Records are an imprint left by these waves.
This frequency allows humans to go into hypnosis or meditation deep enough; the assumption that this is the frequency where Akashic Records might be located is a suggestion that’s easy to believe in. There is also the suspicion that human consciousness can significantly impact the earth’s magnetic field. In turn, it can get affected by it that this is why humans experience major moments of an unexplainable disturbance at the same time.
Final Thoughts
Until one truly gets close to experiencing it, until one reaches that level of meditative state, until their brain aligns with 7.83 Hz frequency, all of this is bound to sound like a mere spiritualistic theory or a fantasy of quantum physics. The truth can only be confirmed by oneself tapping into this realm. The only person who can determine what the future holds is you. So, when you’re ready to visit the Akashic Records, dive into a deep meditation tuned to 7.83 Hz and enjoy!
