Manage Blue Light Exposure Before Bed

It is possible to limit the number of blue light waves that reach you.

Many laptops, smartphones, and tablets offer a shield that filters out the blue light from the device.

If you can’t sleep you won’t be able to force it to happen. Don’t lie there waiting. Instead, go do something else: read a book, do gentle yoga, or meditate — all those things you never found time to do during the day.
