Weight Loss Consultation

Our Weight Loss Program was designed to provide you with the insight, guidance and understanding you need to make better decisions about the food you eat. We will teach you to focus your attention on the underlying thoughts and beliefs that trigger, motivate, and sustain poor eating decisions.

During your consultation(s) we will uncover your unique barriers to losing weight.  This can include emotional eating, lifestyle choices, and underlying medical conditions. Your Naturopathic Doctor can also discuss important natural supplements to help you on your weight loss journey. At the end of your 45-minute consultation you will have a tailored protocol created just for you.

Each 45-minute consultation is only $84.00, simply pay at the time of booking your appointment.
